Using the service
Dexta Studio provides free and paid browser-based tools for editing video, images, PDFs and audio. You may use the tools for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms and any plan limits.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files you edit. Because standard processing happens in your browser, we never receive or store your files, and we claim no ownership or license over them. You are responsible for having the right to edit the content you upload into the tools.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dexta Studio to:
- Process content you don't have the legal right to use.
- Create unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the service or its limits.
- Resell or redistribute the service as your own without permission.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Plans, billing & refunds
- Free features are provided at no cost and may change over time.
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or yearly cycle and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- If a paid plan isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Service availability
We work to keep Dexta Studio available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime. Tools depend on your device and browser; performance varies with file size and hardware.
Disclaimer & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexta Studio is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Always keep your own copy of any original file before editing. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Changes to the service and terms
We may update, add or remove features, and we may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that harms the service or other users.
