Why Dexta Studio
Tools designed around the job, not the feature list.
Browser-first processing
Files are read into the browser tab and worked on by your own CPU. Nothing queues behind other people's jobs, and there is no upload to sit through before anything starts.
One task per page
Instead of one heavyweight editor with everything buried in menus, each tool is a single-purpose page. Open it, do the one thing you came for, download the result.
Your files aren't uploaded
There is no upload endpoint in the application. Because your file never reaches a server, there is nothing of yours for us to store, lose, or be asked to hand over.
Built for everyday jobs
Focused tools for the things people actually need — compress, convert, trim, resize, merge — rather than a feature list nobody uses.
How it works
Four steps, no waiting room.
From choosing a tool to saving the file, without an upload in between.
- 01
Choose a tool
Pick from 70 focused tools. Each one is built for a single job.
- 02
Add your file
Drag it onto the page or click to browse. It loads straight into the tab — there is no upload step.
- 03
Adjust settings
Set quality, format or dimensions if you need to. Sensible defaults are already chosen.
- 04
Download the result
Save the file. Long jobs show real progress, and you can stop at any point.
Drop any file to get started
Video, image, audio or PDF — we'll take you straight to the right tool.
Everything runs in your browser · nothing uploaded
Privacy & technology
Your files should work for you — not against you.
Every tool processes your file on your own device. The page still makes ordinary web requests — it loads ads once you accept them, and the video and audio tools fetch their engine from a CDN the first time you export. Neither carries any part of your file.

FAQ
Common questions
Straight answers about how Dexta Studio works.
No. Every tool runs in your browser — your file is read into memory on your own device and never sent anywhere. The site itself does make ordinary web requests: it loads ads, and video and audio tools download the processing engine once. Neither carries any part of your file.
Yes. Because processing happens on your device, there's no server cost to pass on — so every tool is free, with no account, no watermark and no export limit. The site is funded by ads on our written guides.
Video, image, PDF and audio — 70 tools in total across the four categories, covering the most common editing and conversion tasks.
No. There are no accounts on Dexta Studio at all — nothing to sign up for, and no watermark or export limit to unlock.
There's no fixed cap. Because the file is held in your browser's memory, the real limit is your device — a recent laptop handles far more than an older phone. Very large videos can be slow, or run out of memory.
Yes. Every tool works in a current mobile browser, and the same in-browser processing applies. Long video jobs are slower on a phone and can run out of memory sooner than on a laptop.
