How to crop an image

Crop Image lets you select and keep just the part of a photo you want, freeform or locked to a fixed aspect ratio like 1:1 or 16:9. Drag the crop box over a live preview and export the cropped image — all in the browser, with nothing uploaded.

Step 1

Open your image

Drop a photo in and a crop box appears over it with rule-of-thirds guides.

Step 2

Adjust the box

Drag the box to move it and pull the corners to resize, or lock an aspect ratio first.

Step 3

Crop & save

Export to keep only the selected region and download the result.
